START OF WORK ON 46 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS IN THE LEVITT ALTO LAZAREJO RESIDENTIAL ESTATE

Last August, ALDARA CI has started the construction of 46 single-family houses in Avda. de Lazarejo, in Las Rozas, Madrid.
 
It is a second phase that LEVITT ALTO LAZAREJO I, has been awarded to ALDARA CI for the construction of 46 single-family homes on plot 11.1B in Block 11 Sector VIII-4b ‘El Cantizal’ in the municipality of Las Rozas de Madrid with a project by the prestigious architectural firm CANO Y ESCARIO.
 
It consists of 46 single-family homes, semi-detached or detached, depending on the location and the typology planned. The dwellings are developed on ground floor, first floor and basement, and in order to overcome the unevenness of the plot, the dwellings have been staggered, always adapting to the terrain and the existing road.
 
The 46 single-family dwellings are divided into 4 types of dwellings, with three or four bedrooms depending on the type and a studio-bedroom on the ground floor. The housing is completed with 3 parking spaces, two parking spaces on the ground floor and one surface parking space.
