WE START THE CONSTRUCTION OF 6 SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES IN PUERTA DE HIERRO (MADRID)

In November 2024, ALDARA Construcciones e Infraestructuras has started the construction of 6 single-family houses, located between Avda. de Fuentelarreyna and Navalmanzano streets in the City of Puerta de Hierro in Madrid, for Q21 REAL ESTATE.

The construction consists of 6 detached single-family houses with garage, independent swimming pool and communal areas.

They are designed in a residential space adapted to the requirements of implantation of the topography of the plot, combined in equal proportion with the criteria of sunlight, ventilation, orientation and privacy.

The dwellings are developed on the ground floor, first floor and basement with a built area of 570 m2. On the ground floor there is a garage with a capacity for 3 parking spaces.

The homes have air-conditioning and DHW production with aerothermics with underfloor heating-cooling to improve energy efficiency, installation of home automation for air-conditioning and lighting control and security. Video door entry system integrated in home automation.

All the homes have independent pedestrian and vehicular access from the interior street (interposed space) which provides them with a common access that, in addition to allowing effective access control, configures the complex as a Community.

The project is the work of the prestigious MORPH architecture studio.
