FOUNDATION STONE LAYING CEREMONY FOR THE FLEX LIVING PROJECT IN TRES CANTOS
On 30 July 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for a Flex Living project took place in Tres Cantos, Madrid.
According to property sources, with an investment of 35M€, the ARGIS fund has laid the first stone of a Flex Living project in Tres Cantos under its Flipco brand, located on a plot of more than 15,000m2 in Madrid Content City, one of the largest production centres in Europe.
This is a new residential concept that offers, due to its proximity, temporary housing solutions of no more than one year, in response to the need generated by the UNIE university campus and the Netflix studios.
The six-storey building will include 312 studios and 48 one-bedroom flats, of which approximately 50% will have a terrace, a social roof deck on the penthouse floor of approximately 1,000m2 with views.
There will also be additional communal services on the ground floor, such as a cinema room, gastroteca, work/study rooms and lounge areas. There will also be an outdoor gymnasium, paddle tennis courts, swimming pool and garden areas, as well as 175 underground parking spaces and 74 surface parking spaces.
The project for a total of 360 flats and studios has been designed by the prestigious architectural firm of Carlos Rubio. The construction is being carried out by the construction company ALDARA CONSTRUCCIONES E INFRAESTRUCTURAS, which has 30 years of experience and has already completed similar projects for Coliving and the Student Residence.
The event was presided over by the Mayor of Tres Cantos, Mr. Jesús Moreno, as well as by Mr. Carlos Zucchi, CEO of ARGIS LIVING and managing partner of ARGIS, and Mr. Ricardo Díaz Bermejo, CEO of ALDARA CONSTRUCCIONES E INFRAESTRUCTURAS.
